"Duncan's sons should never have left Inverness"

Discuss as Macbeth if you think Duncan's sons should have left Inverness after their father's death or stay behind to witness the unfolding of the future's events.

Most definitely, i have already abused my position and been disloyal; also  betrayed and taken the life of King Duncan. All this i blame upon myself and my disgraceful, merciless and inconsiderate woman i have for a wife.  It makes me believe that, had they not have gone as far as they have already now, couldst' my wife also lay down a plot for them as well since they are by nature royal. I'm left to think that it was a wise decision that the two sons of my ceased Lord left Inverness and perhaps fled to an anonymous destination. That way, it makes it harder to be aware of their where abouts, I still have doubts that they are suspicious of my involvement in the murder of their father.

  1. My Thane it must have seem'd to the rest that you were grieved by our Lord's death when you with endowed speech eulogized him "Here lay Duncan,
His silver skin laced with his golden blood;" Yet of that same golden blood, are the Princes made. Would they have stayed, that blood would surely be crying for vengeance. In their double decision to leave the country, they had helped along your hope to have stopp'd the very source of the royal "golden blood". For as long as they are away from Inverness and Scotland, he may ascend the throne without fear of soon being found out.

  2. Absolutely, the departure of the two sons of my deceased Lord made it less impossible for me and my ambitious wife to claim the throne.

"leaving no royal blood to claim the throne"

Therefore putting me temporarily at ease as though in the process creating another threat "Banquo" that i now have to look out for.
Some body save't me with wise advice some.
